Follow the sewn care label when present. For embroidered or personalized items, avoid direct high heat on stitched areas and spot clean whenever possible.

Shipping & Returns

 

Most items that are not personalized will ship within 1-2 business days, and standard delivery is 5-10 business days.

Personalized items take an additional 3-5 business days processing time, so please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival.

Shipping costs are based on the weight, distance of travel as well as chosen service.  These costs will be calculated at checkout by the carrier system you have chosen.

Expected delivery date excludes holidays. Please allow extra time for orders placed on or around a holiday period. Business days are Monday through Friday.

At this time, shipping is not available outside of the US.  Alaska, Hawaii and US Protectorates do not qualify for free shipping.  Shipping charges for these areas will be calculated based on product weight, dimensions and carrier selection.

 

Expedited Shipping

For your convenience we do offer expedited delivery for an additional charge with 2nd Day and Next Day Shipping. Cost is based on weight, size, and shipping location of your order and will be calculated at checkout. Orders will be shipped out the following business day.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy for all non-custom or personalized items. Items must be received back within 30 days of the date of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return when purchased through our online store, simply log into your account and request a return.  If you purchased an item through a third party site please go through the returns process on that site.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there was an error made by us.  Returns of items that had free shipping will have the original shipping costs deducted from the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Personalized items - If the personalization is incorrect due to our error then we may send a return label to get the incorrect one back and a new one will be made.  If the personalization is done as you entered it into the system and it is incorrect that is not a defect on our end.  Please make sure you are sure of the personalization details prior to placing the order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Holiday Decor Items are not eligible for return after the Holiday. 
  • Gift Card purchases

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Returns will be processed within 7 days from the date it has been received back in new, unused condition.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
