Shipping Information & Rates
We're the actual makers. Every order is custom machine embroidered to order in our Annapolis, Maryland studio: no factory delays, no outsourcing. That's why our Economy shipping is faster than the big personalization sites' Standard.
We ship to the United States only. Shipping rates are based on your order subtotal (before tax). All three tiers are available at checkout; pick the one that fits your timeline and budget. Economy shipping is free on orders $150+.
Skipping personalization? Unpersonalized items leave our studio within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping transit time is the same as the tier you choose at checkout.

- Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or comparable ground service depending on package size, weight, and destination.
- This is our most affordable option, and still faster than the big personalization sites' Standard!

Additional Shipping Information
- Production time is how long it takes to embroider and prepare your order in our Annapolis, Maryland studio. It does not include shipping transit time.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Carrier: We ship using a combination of carriers including USPS and UPS. The carrier used for your order depends on the shipping tier selected, package size, weight, and destination.
- Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
- US shipping only: we do not ship internationally at this time.
- Order processing: Orders are processed and produced in the order they are received. Selecting a faster shipping tier moves your order ahead in the production queue.
Peak Season (Back to School, Christmas)
During peak seasons, production times may increase as our Annapolis studio fills up with orders. Holiday ordering deadlines (especially Christmas) will be posted in a banner at the top of our website. We strongly recommend ordering early for back to school, teacher gifts, baby showers, and time sensitive holidays.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us through our contact us form with your order number. We will trace the package through the carrier's tracking system and make every effort to locate it. Please allow time for us to investigate and work with the carrier before replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. If your shipment is delayed, we will help track it and assist with carrier claims.
